Jesli chodzi o kontakty, to nie ma z tym problemu:

w Lotusie otwierasz swoja ksiazke adresowa i File>Export> i wybierasz jako typ pliku vCard 3.0, natomiast w Outlooku File>Import or Export wybierasz plik import pliku vCARD i wszystko

 

Sprawa z mailami jest trudniejsza. Google powiedzialo tyle, ze albo sciagniesz importera Microsoftu albo zrobisz cos takiego:

 

You can surely pull your Lotus Notes mails to Outlook/Outlook Express. This is really easy to do. There are two scenarios possible. May be you are lucky and POP3 service at your office server is running. In that case you can simply take your Laptop to your office, connect it to the server using POP3 and fetch mails from it for your mail box. This is the easiest solution.

 

But in case you can not carry your Laptop to your office OR if POP3 service is not running AND you cant request your administrator to do so temporarily. In case, he doesn't use the following procedure.

 

1. When your Lotus Notes client is open right click on your workspace.

2. Click on Databae > New copy

3. In the file name box type in "C:\Mymail.nsf"

4. Clear the "Access Control List" check box

5. Copy this file C:\Mymail.nsf and burn it in a CD-ROM and take it home

6. Download an evaluateuation copy of Lotus Domino/Notes

7. Install the server (Worry not, its not very difficult). By default POP3 and SMTP services are enabled, don't change that setting.

8. Create an account and use this .nsf file (remove the read only attribute) as the mail file for the user.

9. Connect to your local server using this ID and synchronise the account.

10. Bingo! You have your mails in Outlook 2003 now.

Nie sprawdzalem tego, wiec nie zagwarantuje sukcesu. Ostatecznie zostaje napisac agenta, ktory zrobi export, chocby takiego prostego z exportem do Excela (czyli bez zalacznikow).
