Zacznij od przeskanowania uszkodzonych plikow systemowych:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

sfc /scannow

Jak coś znajdzie, to puść:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /Startcomponentcleanup
