Mam również czasem anomalie, ze mi sie nie odpala drugi monitor, albo czasem same usb wylącza, mimo że jest podłączone do pc i nie było odłaczane. Gdy podłącze kabel z do płyty głownej front usb 3.0 i poruszę komputerem to się cały zawiesza, a potem robi się czarny ekran, a dzwięk pozostaje, czy po ponownym podłączeniu karty graficznej, mimo podpiętych kabli pc-e była informacja podczas uruchomiania komputera o braku ich podłączenia. Jeden z problemów się naprawił po sformatowaniu, a mianowiscie nie mogłem zmienic w komputerze hz z 60 na wyższe, a w grach nie przekraczały klatki 60fps. Teraz dalej jest słaby fps przy tej konfiguracji bo np. w cs go mam ok 100fps ze lekkimi freezami, a w Escape From Tarkov ok 40, a pozniej z kazdym rajdem coraz mniej Abstrachując o moim problemie z dziwiękiem od 4 lat po zaktualizowaniu win 10 w aktualzacji z wrzesnia 2019. Moje pytanie czy to może być wina zasilacza czy tzw. "wąskiego gardłą procesora" i wtedy do wymiany procesor i płyta główna. Po pierwsze zobaczyłbym w konfiguracji uefi / bios prędkość pciex przypisanej do karty graficznej. Wydaje się, że coś hamuje twojego RTX'a. Może być kwestia zasilania karty graficznej.
