Błąd Podczas Nagrywania

Witam, gdy nagrywam plyte zawsze pokazuje mi sie ten sam błąd. Najlpier Wystąpił reset! a pozniej nie mozna nagrac .....

Czego jest to wina ? Dodam ze wymienilem płyte i procesor, wczesniej nigdy nie mialem takich problemow. Moim zdaniem jest to kontrolel ATA, sprawdzalem na 2 nagrywarkach . Chyba ze windows nawala :)

Gdy zaczyna nagrywac "płyta sie rozpedza" po 3 sekundach staje i pokazuje sie kompunikat "Wystąpił reset! "
