Nowy komputer, zawiesza się w konkretnych, dwóch, sytuacjach

Witam,

kupiłem nowy komputer, nic nie podkręcałem, stacjonarka. Oto specyfikacja:

Generalnie wszystko działa...

Komputer do pracy, nie do gier, działa świetnie w Photoshopie i Illustratorze, długimi, całymi dniami nic się nie zawiesza, pracuję czasem po 10 godzin non-stop i żadnych freezów czy resetów.

Potestowałem też z 5 gier, super płynnie, wysokie rozdziałki, żadnych zwisów.

 

Problem

Pojawia się totalny freeze w dwóch przypadkach, na ekranie pozostaje obraz, i tylko mogę reset zrobić:

1. wejście z firefox na stronę z formularzem do logowania jednej z ogólnie znanych firm hostingowych

2. dodawanie plików do programu jdownloader (nie zawsze, ale są konkretne linki, które zawsze robią freeze komputera)

 

Co ciekawe punkt 1 wykonany na IE, Chrome czy Operze nie powoduje freeza.

 

Co zrobiłem:

Sprawdziłem temperatury, wydają się być niskie nawet podczas grania.

Pamięć przeleciałem tym softem z windows 7, wszystko gra

Windows ma wszystkie patche

Stery grafy testowałem z płyty i z netu najnowsze - zawsze to samo

Zainstalowałem Jave 32 i 64bit, bo JD chyba jest z tego korzysta, też nic nie zmieniło

 

Co może powodować taki problem? Jakieś pomysły? Sugestie? Z góry dzięki za wszelką pomoc,

pozdrawiam!

Firewall ten z Windows ustawiony na maksymalną ochronę.

Akceleracja nic nie zmienia niestety.

Jak sprawdzić na tym ustawieniu "1333MHz, CL9", w sensie gdzie to zmienić? Mam do wyboru test standardowy i rozszerzony, ilość przebiegów, nie widzę innych ustawień.

Spybot znalazł tylko jakieś cookies niebezpieczne wg niego.

 

Test pamięci na 1333, standardowy nie pokazuje żadnych problemów, a ten rozszerzony zatrzymał się na 10% przez ponad godzinę, nie miałem czasu czekać dłużej, jutro go mogę zostawić na dłużej, to możliwe żeby tyle czasu to trwało? Nie przestał reagować podczas testu, naciśnięcie ESC wyłączyło test.

Było ustawione 1333, nie musiałem zmieniać. Windows 7 ma 2 testy pamięci, standardowy i rozszerzony. Ten drugi się zatrzymał na 10% i stał tak przez godzinę, ale komputer cały czas reagował. Ten pierwszy przeszedł do końca i pokazał 0 błędów.

Podgląd zdarzeń, a co mam dokładnie sprawdzić, błędów multum z tego co widzę:

 

Zobacz jaki jest czas ostatniego wpisu, spowoduj zawiechę Firefoxem i po restarcie zobacz co nowego się pojawiło.

 

Co jeszcze możesz spróbować:

sprawdzić system plików, poleceniem chkdsk

zrobić pełne skanowanie dysku np. programem hdtune

założyć nowe konto użytkownika w windows, zainstalować na nim FF i ten drugi program i sprawdzić czy z nowego konta jest tak samo

 

W panelu sterowania Javy jest suwak od poziomu bezpieczeństwa, spróbuj go na chwilę zjechać na sam dół i sprawdź wtedy.

Z całym szacunkiem dla sprzętowych rad przedmówców - ten wypadek to raczej sprawa programowa.

Może to być wyłącznie sprawa Firefoxa (najczęściej addonów) lub na styku Firefoxa i antywirusa lub firewalla.

Ja miałem podobnego freeza na starym konfigu opartym na 754 i windows xp, praktycznie zawsze podczas wchodzenia na forum kafeteria po wyświetleniu bocznych reklam we flashu była zwiecha, tylko na firefox. Po zablokowaniu tych reklam problem zniknął.

 

Czyli tak jak wyżej.  Posprawdzaj firefoxa i jego wtyczki flash i jave w szczególności.

borsuczy_król naprowadził mnie na źródło problemu, dzięki!

 

W Panelu Sterowania/ustawienia Javy:

- Security level przesunąłem na medium

- odznaczyłem pole "Enable Java content in browser"

 

załatwiło problem, nie ma już freezów, ani w firefox, ani w jdownloader.

 

Tylko, że dla mnie to taki półśrodek, bo wolę jak mi wszystko działa Dołączona grafika Jave w firefoxie z chęcią bym widział, i security level też nie koniecznie chcę obniżać.

 

Czyli myślicie, że to firewall może interferować z tą Javą?

winna jest Java lub coś z czym się ona "gryzie". Sam firefox raczej nie, bo nie tylko w firefox był freeze, ale też w programie napisanym w Javie - JDownloader

Nie widzę żadnej zależności w tym przypadku, są to różne hosty, rożne rozszerzenia. Po prostu niektóre, zawsze te same, zawieszały komputer.

 

Np. 3 pliki z vimeo (to są zawsze mp4), 2 się normalnie dodają, 3ci zawiesza komputer, i jest to powtarzalny błąd.
