TAX i VAT to to samo.

 

Nie jest to samo. Sales tax jest ustalany i pobierany przez wladze lokalna za sprzedaż wyłącznie detaliczną. VAT jest ustalany i pobierany przez wladze centralne w dużo bardziej skomplikowanym procesie. Jeden to obrotowy, a VAT to podatek od tzw. wartości dodanej, zupełnie inaczej rozliczany. W USA sprzedawca występuje jako prosty pośrednik, a nie podmiot zaangażowany w płacenie podatku, a w szczególności nie odlicza go od swojego obrotu. Zdaje się że w USA nie funkcjonują też faktury w obrotach między podmiotami gospodarczymi, bo te nie przeżucają się podatkami jak u nas. Od czegoś w końcu jest EIN. Zresztą z tego co wiem, w USA podatki centralne są nielegalne...

Sales Tax

What is a sales tax? A sales tax is the one that consumers pay when purchasing an item. When the customers take the items to be purchases to the cashier, he/she adds up the prices of all items and adds a percentage of the total. Most stores include the sales tax to the price stated. Meaning, the real price of the item itself is lower.

 

VAT

Value-added tax is also a tax on consumer items, but instead of charging it to the consumers, it is charged to the producers. This is why it is sometimes called a goods and services tax. For each step in the production process, producers have to pay tax. Based on a VAT policy, consumers are not taxed directly on sales. However, they still shoulder the costs due to higher production costs.

 

Difference Between Sales Tax and VAT

The main difference between the two types of taxes is that sales tax is a direct tax, while VAT is indirect. When purchasing something, the consumer easily detects the sales tax. When the receipt is examined, there is a line separating the cost of the item and the sales tax on it. On the other hand, VAT is less transparent when buying products since the effects are wrapped up in the product’s purchase price.

Pewnie jak bym wystawil nowki SOC za 1400 to by powiedzieli, ze walek i by zaplacili 1800 u 'pewnego zrodla'

 

BTW fajnie, ze cena 7970 coraz nizsza ;) Moze skoncza ludzie narzekac...

Ale paskudne te chłodzenia. No powiedzmy ten Black od XFX jeszcze spoko.

Żeby chociaż ciche były.

Mnie interesuje zeby chlodzenie bylo max wydajne ,zeby chlodzilo pamieci i sekcje zasilania no i oczywiscie zeby karta z lekko podbitym napieciem robila 1250MHz

ostatnie zyczenie zeby koszcila max 450 funtow ,wtedy biore w ciemno ( pewnie nie wczesniej niz za kilka miesiecy )

Obawiam sie tylko ze jak stanieja obecne wersje referencyjne AMD wypusci wersje OC z odpowiednio wysoka cena :/

Ja tam obstawiam scenariusz, że w ciągu najbliższego miesiąca ceny runą w dół minimum o 20%. Czyli że referencyjne HD 7970 3 GB będzie do wzięcia w cenie w PLN z jedynką na początku.

 

Zresztą i tak czekam na HD 7850, choć takim HD 7950 z 1.5 GB RAM też bym w dobrej cenie (typu 1200 zł) nie pogardził.
